When trying to view the "Revenue per plan" report under "Report Manager", PBAS tries to load the reported before timing out and returning the following error:

Server is temporarily closed for maintenance


The issue is caused by high server loading and too many data in the database. There is no obvious solution at the time unfortunately.


In future PBAS update we plan to improve report generator - remove long time queries from the script. Here is bug id:

PBAS-27846 - "Server is temporarily closed for maintenance" during report generation

As a workaround, increase Timeout value in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and restart the httpd service:

# service httpd restart
