Symptoms

  1. The task Update user contact information fails with this error: Access to built-in user is denied

        Task name   Update user contact information
        Task description    Update user’s contact information in the Hosting Panel.
        Queue name  POA_customer_661
        Method name updateUser
        Execution status Failed
        Output  Access to built-in user is denied
    
  2. The following error can be found in /var/log/poa.log:

Cause

The issue is considered a software issue TP-142754 and was fixed in PA update #15.

Resolution

Please, install latest Plesk Automation updates.

  1. Restart the failed tasks.
