I'm not able to delete SPF record from the domain's DNS zone through PBA-S PCC. The record is marked as "Imported from Plesk node".


Plesk domain DOMAIN.TLD belonged to the Plesk Client subscription #SUBID that had the permission enabled:

Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > #SUBID > Permissions
DNS zone management = Enabled

You may delete the TXT record through customer's CP at

CP > Home > Domains > DOMAIN.TLD > DNS Settings 

After that the record become editable in PCC, you may delete usual way:

Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > DOMAIN.TLD > DNS Zone

For Plesk Unix platform, the DNS zone management permission not only allows a Plesk client administrator to manage domain zone files, but makes the Plesk DNS a primary source for DNS synchronization between Parallels Plesk Control Panel and Parallels Business Automation - Standard. If this box is checked, the changes made to domain zones by a customer from Control Panel will be automatically applied to the Parallels Business Automation - Standard DNS, and not conversely.
