Kayako Fusion version 4.40 or higher is integrated with OBAS according to OBAS integration with Kayako Fusion.

But the Ticket System does not work. Clicking "Request Support" in CP resultss in the Ticket posting is disabled by the provider. message, and click on Trouble Tickets under Help and Support tab does not show any tickets.

The following error is shown in DEBUG OBAS log (/var/log/hspc/hspc.log)::

Outdated kayakofusion.php that is not compatible with Kayako Fusion 4.40 or higher.


Download and apply the latest kayakofusion.php from OBAS integration with Kayako Fusion
