As Provider I go to the list of customer accounts in POA Control Panel at Operation Director > Customer Manager > Customers.
It takes up to 3-5 minutes for the list of customers to appear.
Another possible symptom is that there are a lot of
postmaster processes running on POA core, that take a lot of CPU over a long period of time. And in pg_stat_activity POA table, there are a lot of following queries:

The SQL query used to fetch the list of customer accounts from POA database is not optimized. The behavior is going to be fixed in the future versions of POA in scope of the request POA-78886.
