As Provider I go to the list of customer accounts in POA Control Panel at Operation Director > Customer Manager > Customers.

It takes up to 3-5 minutes for the list of customers to appear.

Another possible symptom is that there are a lot of postmaster processes running on POA core, that take a lot of CPU over a long period of time. And in pg_stat_activity POA table, there are a lot of following queries:

SELECT a.account_id, a.company_name, a.account_type, a.c_time, a.owner_id, ao.company_name AS owner_company, ao.account_id AS owner_account, a.is_locked, (SELECT COUNT(1) FROM subscriptions WHERE owner_id = a.account_id AND name IS NOT NULL) AS n_subscriptions, (SELECT COUNT(1) from accounts where owner_id = a.account_id ) AS n_quantity, a.brand_name FROM accounts a JOIN accounts ao ON (a.owner_id = ao.account_id)WHERE (a.owner_id = 1 ) AND (a.account_type = 3 ) AND (a.path >= (SELECT ap.path||'x' FROM accounts ap WHERE ap.account_id = 1) AND a.path < (SELECT ap.path||'y' FROM accounts ap WHERE ap.account_id = 1) AND a.account_id <> 1)  ORDER BY a.company_name  OFFSET 0 LIMIT 100;

The SQL query used to fetch the list of customer accounts from POA database is not optimized. The behavior is going to be fixed in the future versions of POA in scope of the request POA-78886.
