An Exchange mailbox is stuck with an 'Updating' or 'Deleting' status.
There are some tasks with a 'Failed', 'Canceled' or 'Deleted' status for this mailbox in the Parallel Operations Automation (POA) task manager.
These tasks contain a mailbox name and ID, for example: "Set limits for mailbox 'user' (id=53786)".
Unprocessed tasks cause the mailbox to be in an inconsistent state.
Process the failed or canceled tasks to bring the mailbox into a consistent state.

If there are no canceled or failed tasks, or there are only 'Deleted' tasks in the task manager log, contact the Parallel Support Team to fix the issue.
