Case 2:

A SKU in order has a description which contains non-ASCII characters.

Resolution

Case 1:

  1. Change language for the affected customer account to the one with only ASCII characters in the Locale ID, this may be done in the account properties in PBA Provider Control Panel.

  2. Resubmit the failed order for provisioning (or try to place order once again).

  3. If you are sure that there is no customer accounts with the invalid locale then remove the broken locale to prevent such problems in the future.

Case 2:

Check the list of SKUs in System.
