A user logged in PBA Customer Control Panel under language other than English and placed an order.

On the final step with dynamically updated information about order status, the user see generated payment description in English language while all other information on the screen is displayed in the user's language defined in PBA:

The payment description is generated by the PBA internal method which is invoked with the default system language (English). The problem will be corrected in the future versions of the product in scope of the request PBA-50390.


In the mean time Provider may change the default language used in automatically generated documents as described in the Parallels Knowledgebase article How to change the language in automatically generated documents.

Note: the parameter described in the article above is the system-wide one and will affect all automatically generated documents (all comments, description in automatically generated documents will be provided in the language you specify).
