Domain transfer fails in PBA with the 'Domain Transfer failed' error message. In the registrar log on PBA Management Node you see the error message 'Authorization failed'.


The domain transfer key is invalid or missing in PBA.


Clarify the correct domain transfer key with the Registrar the problem domain is currently registered with, change it to the correct one in the failed order properties in PBA Provider Control Panel:

  1. Go to Operation Director > Sales Manager > Customers Orders
  2. Click on the failed order
  3. Switch to the Provisioning Items tab
  4. Click on the 'Item ID' link for the failed item with type 'Service Transfer'
  5. Enter the correct domain transfer key and save changes:

Then resubmit the failed order for provisioning.
