You get the following error during license installation:
Bad license key number (s) The license is not recognized by Key Administrator Server New license is incorrect
To have the issue resolved, check installed version of H-Sphere.

Then, contact Odin Customer Service Team with your license key number and version of H-Sphere you have installed, to have your license checked and upgraded if required.
Your license is for a different version of H-Sphere than the version you have installed.
