A customer cannot renew their domain subscription, PBA Control Panel says 'No Subscription Periods Available'.

However, Service Plan in PBA contains several subscription periods, they are active and prices are configured correctly in them.

Check registrar settings for the problem TLD in PBA, most likely they do not allow to renew a domain.

The settings which may affect domain renewal:

1. Maximum Domain Life Duration

2. Supported renew periods

PBA checks the 'Maximum Domain Life Duration' (in years) when choosing appropriate periods for renewing a domain. PBA does allow to renew a domain to subscription periods which satisfy the following condition:
(subscription expiration date + renewal period) < (current date + 'Maximum Domain Life Duration')
So, all subscription periods which would renew a domain to the moment of time which exceeds current date + Maximum Domain Life Duration are not available for renew.

  • Log into PBA Provider Control Panel
  • Go to External Systems Director > Domain Manager
  • Click on the registrar in question (which is used to process domains in the needed TLD)
  • Switch to the 'Registrar Features' tab
  • Click on the needed TLD

Increase the value of the 'Maximum Domain Life Duration' parameter to the proper value, e.g. 10 years. The value of this parameter may depend on the Registrar policy, contact the Registrar support team to get proper value for the parameter.

Mark all renew periods which are configured in Service Plans as supported in the 'Supported periods' section:
