I cannot log in to my Online Store account.


Odin Online Store account is available only for existing customers.

If you are new to Odin, Odin Online Store account will be created for you during your first purchase. Please see for more details.

Existing customers can log in to Online Store account at:

If you do not remember the username and the password for your account, click "Forgot Password?" link and enter your email address used for your account. Your username and temporary password will be sent to the email you indicated.

Note that the password will be sent in quotes in the following format: 'password'. You need to enter the password without the quotes.

Once logged in, you will need to change the password the following way:

  • Go to My Contacts menu:

  • Enter your new password and confirm it.

  • Click Save Contact. New password will be applied to your Online Store account.

In case temporary password is not accepted, please clear cache and cookies for your browser and try to login with the temporary password again. If it does not work, try a different browser.

If you receive an error message that your account is blocked, contact Odin Customer Support.
