Symptoms


Order on domain transfer fails in PBA due to the wrong transfer key a customer entered during order placing in the Online Store. Provider wants to change domain transfer key to the correct one.

Resolution


Follow the steps below to correct the domain transfer key.

  • Log into PBA Provider Control Panel
  • Go to Operation Director > Sales Manager > Customers Orders
  • Find the failed order on click on it
  • Switch to the 'Provisioning Items' tab
  • Click on the domain transfer item in the 'Item ID' column (not in the 'Subscription ID' column)
  • Enter the correct value in the 'Transfer key' field and save changes
