A customer cannot renew expired domain in Parallels Automation Customer Control Panel because the 'Renew Domain' button in domain properties is grayed out and cannot be clicked:


  1. Go to the list of all customer's domains in Customer Control Panel at Home > Account > Registered Domains.

  2. Click the 'Renew' button:

  1. On the next steps select the expired domain and subscription period.

  2. Place renewal order.

    The possibility to renew expired domain right in its properties is going to be implemented in future updates to PBA.
