Public folder database is not mounted on Exchange server, it may happen e.g. due to a problem with the Exchange installation or database was dismounted for maintenance.
1. Log on to the mailbox server which hosts the public folder database, IP address and hostname are provided in the failed task output. Ensure that the public folder database mentioned in the error message is mountedm use Exchange Management Shell or Exchange Management Consolde to do that.
2. If the database is mounted, try dismounting the database and mounting it again, then resubmit the failed task in POA Task Manager.
3. If the task still fails, verify that the 'Microsoft Exchange System Attendant' service is running on the mailbox server. If the service is running, restart it and resubmit the task in POA.
