Type: Parallels.Wpe.PowerShell.PowerShellException.

Cause

Wrong combination of the parameters Warning Limit and Send Limit is used in the CSV file for a mailbox(es). The value of the parameter Warning Limit must be less than or equal to the value of the parameter Send Limit. See more details about the parameters below.

Warning Limit (warningLimit, storageQuota) - Optional parameter, will be set to 90% of Size Limit if empty. Specifies size in kilobytes the mailbox can occupy before a warning message is sent to mailbox owner. Can contain decimal numbers only.

Send Limit (sendLimit, overQuotaLimit) - Optional parameter, will be set to 90% of Size Limit if empty. Specifies size in kilobytes the mailbox can occupy before the system prevents the mailbox owner from sending more messages. Can contain decimal numbers only.

Keep in mind that the problem may happen when importing Exchange mailboxes in Customer CP. Control Panel does not allow customer to create mailbox with wrong values of the parameters.

Resolution

Correct the values of the Warning Limit and Send Limit parameters in CSV file and re-import failed mailboxes.
