SymptomsWhen attempting to add a new credit card to an account, it fails with the error message:
This payment method is already present in the system
CauseThis message appears in PBAS in two cases:
- This credit card is already registered to the same account.
- This credit card belongs to another account and credit card status is Disabled.
ResolutionFind this credit card and either delete or change its status:
PBAS Provider CP > Commerce Director > Online Payments > Credit Cards
