Symptoms


A customer added the domain customer.com to their subscription and provided Exchange services on the domain.

However, the domain is absent in the list of accepted domains on the Exchange installation:
  • Exchange Management Consolde does not show the domain in the list of accepted domains at Organization Configuration > Hub Transport > Accepted Domains tab
  • The Exchange Management Shell cdmlet Get-AcceptedDomain does not list the domain

Resolution


Re-dump the list of accepted domains in Exchange:
  • Log into POA Provider Control Panel
  • Go to Top > Deployment Director > Server Manager > Hardware Nodes
  • Click on Hub Transport host
  • Switch to Applications > Exchange2010SMTP > SMTP Configuration
  • Click on the Restore Service Configuration button

POA will schedule and execute the needed tasks to propagate domains with Exchange hosting to Exchange infrastructure:
