A customer cannot register new domain in PBA Control Panel, the error message 'Sorry, no Domain Names matching "domain name" are available. Check another Domain Name please.' is shown like on the screenshot below:

PBA is not configured properly to sell domains to customers. The following conditions must be satisfied in PBA to make it possible for customers to register/transfer domains:

  • Domain Registration plug-ins are configured in Domain Manager

  • Top Level Domain (TLD) zones are configured in Domain Manager

  • At least one Service Template based on the Domains Management Service Gate is created for every TLD

  • At least one Service Plan based on the proper Service Template is created for every TLD

  • Domain Service Plans are published and included into the proper Sales Category


Follow the steps below to properly configure PBA to sell domain registration/transfer services to customers.

  1. Configure Domain Registration plug-ins

    1. Prior Configuration

    2. Configure Domain Registrars
  2. Configure TLDs (domain zones)

    1. Register Domain Zones

    2. Associate Domain Zone with Registrar

    3. Configure Domain Zone settings

    4. Configure Whois plug-in

    5. Configure Registrar and Availability Checker(s) per TLD
  3. Create Domain Registration Service Templates

  4. Create Domain Registration Service Plans

  5. Include Domain Service Plans into a Sales Category

    1. Create Sales Category

      Make sure the 'Show in Customer Control Panel' option is set to 'Yes' in the created Sales Category.

    2. Add Domain Service Plans into Sales Category


  • During a Domain Service Plan creating mark it as Published.
