The logrotate and logparser services have N/A or Inactive status in POA Provider Control Panel at Top > System Director > Configuration Manager > Services like on the screenshot below:
The same status of services is displayed in the properties of the corresponding POA-managed shared server on the Applications tab:
The logparser and logrotate are services in POA business logic only, they are not real system Linux or Windows services (daemons) which must be up and running for proper functioning, like Apache, IIS or Microsoft SQL Server.
These services cannot be started or stopped. POA is using the logparser and logrotate services on demand, when there is need to rotate logs or process them to collect statistics.
There is nothing wrong with the services logrotate and logparser having N/A or Inactive status, the situation does not require any actions.
