Follow the steps below to find the exact folder on the MOSI Gateway Host where MOSI Gateway Software is installed:

  1. Log into POA Provider Control Panel

  2. Go to Service Director > Application Manager > Application

  3. Click on the Office 365 APS application

  4. Switch to the Resource Types tab

  5. Click on the resource based on Application resource class

  6. Switch to the Activation Parameters > Global Settings tab

  7. Extract MOSI Gateway host name and MOSI Gateway site name from the parameter URL for MOSI Connector like shown on the screenshot below:

In the example MOSI Gateway host name is and MOSI Gateway site name is BPOS, it is the name of IIS web application on MOSI Gateway host.

  1. Log into the MOSI Gateway host using RDP

  2. Start IIS Manager, locate MOSI Gateway web site and web application by its name from POA resource type

  3. Right click on the App_Data folder in the found web application and select Explore in context menu:

  1. Content of the MOSI Gateway web application will be opened in the Windows Explorer.
