The Exchange server address list service failed to respond.
This could be because of an address list or email address policy configuration error.
Alias='e48d75a5-b85c-4b91-ad07-353634c7fc45'" code="0x80131600" executeSeqNo="21">
<errorSource namespace="Error Provider" procedure="SetError"/>
<errorSource namespace="SW Managed Exchange" procedure="CheckMailEnabledObject_"/>
<errorSource namespace="SW Managed Exchange" procedure="CreateMailbox"/></errorContext></response>]

Some Exchange services are stopped or stuck.

Check if all necessary Exchange services are running on the failed server (it may be found in the failed task properties - 'Destination host_id') and (re)start them if needed, especially Microsoft Exchange System Attendant, try to restart it and then re-run the failed POA task.
