After clicking on the Open link in CCP/MyCP for the first time, the auto-login is not performed and the BroadWorks Web Portal login page appears with the following error message: You are not authorized to access the system either due to a session timeout or your authorization level. Please login again.
There is a problem on the BroadWorks site. The request to access BroadWorks Web Portal is processed incorrectly, so the auto-login is not performed automatically (just login page is shown). Some browsers (namely, Chrome and Safari) show a yellow bar with request like 'This page has insecure content, load anyway?'. Firefox and Internet Explorer do not show any warnings.
Click the 'Open' link in POA Customer CP/MyCP once again, the autologin should work now.
Alternatively, enter login credentials manually.
