A customer forgot password of a service user and they want to change it. They open the main POA Control Panel login screen and click the link 'Forgot password?'. On the next screen the customer enters login of the service user and click Submit.

The error message 'The login name you entered does not correspond to a registered user' is displayed in web browser like on the screenshot below:



Service user does not have e-mail address in their properties and service user login is not suitable to be used to retrieve lost password.


The customer need to log into POA Customer Control Panel under staff member with account administrator privileges and enter e-mail address for the service user on the 'Contact Info' tab like it is shown on the screenshot below:

Optionally, enter secondary e-mail address in the corresponding field.
