Symptoms

Total price for PACI subscription in Customer Control Panel does not match the price in Online Store for the same CI Server configuration:

Cause


In case of Online Store the prices are taken from Resource Rates set for the Service Plan. If the subscription is created from Control Panel the prices are taken from Resource Rate Periods, so if those values are different the price may be different as well.

Resolution


Verify that Resource Rates and Resource Rate Periods have correct prices.
