Reseller is unable to login to POA Reseller CP. The following error is displayed after entering correct login credentials:
This user's status within the system has been changed to "disabled"
However in POA Provider CP this reseller has 'Active' status.
The 'Own CP access' privilege is disabled on the reseller's role(s) assigned on the staff member of the reseller.
Select the staff member in question:
POA Provider CP > Operations Director > Reseller Manager > select reseller > switch to the 'General' tab > switch to the 'Staff members' sub-tab
Grant user with the permission to access to the control panel.
Select the staff member you use for login > switch to the 'Roles' tab > select the 'Account Administrator' role > switch to the 'Privileges' tab > enable the 'Own CP Access' privilege on the role.
Once the privilege is enabled, check if you can login to POA Reseller CP.
