A customer's order gets stuck in Open status and the response of the Anti-Fraud Manager is "Need Approval."
Anti-Fraud Manager prevents the order from processing and shows this message:
Cannot identify the country the host IP_ADDRESS is located.
The GeoIP Country Database for the IP Country Anti-Fraud plug-in is outdated.
Check when the GeoIP Country Database was last updated in the OBAS (Odin Business Automation Standard) Provider Control Panel: Top > Commerce Director > Anti-Fraud Manager > Anti-Fraud Plug-ins > IP Country > Plug-In Configuration tab > Field “Last modified."
To update the GeoIP Country Database, download the latest database from MaxMind and upload the new database: Top > Commerce Director > Anti-Fraud Manager > Anti-Fraud Plug-ins > IP Country > Edit.
Remember to unzip the downloaded file prior to uploading it in the OBAS interface.
