Monitor Microsoft Office 365 services

Monitor Office 365 provisioning tasks in POA Task Manager at Top > System Director > Task Manager.

Find Office 365 provisioning tasks:
  • Get ID of the APS application Office 365 in POA Provider Control Panel at Top > Service Director > Application Manager > Applications
  • Filter tasks in Task Manager by name containing ID or name of the APS application Office 365 and type of tasks is one of the following:
    • Executing configuration script
    • Finalizing operation
    • Initiating operation

Investigate problems with tasks which have status Failed. If you see error message related to timeout in failed task properties try to resubmit task.
