Follow the steps below to register/re-register a DLL library in Parallels Windows Provisioning Engine (WPE) using the ProvRegister.exe utility.

For example, to register the C:\Program Files\Parallels\Windows Provisioning Engine\Providers\IIS7Provider\SWsoft.PEM.Providers.IIS.dll library, issue the following command on the WPE server:
C:\> "C:\Program Files\Parallels\Windows Provisioning Engine\bin\ProvRegister.exe"  "C:\Program Files\Parallels\Windows Provisioning Engine\Providers\IIS7Provider\SWsoft.PEM.Providers.IIS.dll"
The command above will produce an output similar to the following:
Provider IIS7Provider from location 'C:\Program Files\Parallels\Windows Provisioning Engine\Providers\IIS7Provider\SWsoft.PEM.Providers.IIS.dll' is registered/updated.
Recycling WPE pool 'Windows Provisioning Engine Pool'...
