A customer has created an Exchange mailbox using the existing template, and he cannot change the template for an existing mailbox in OA Control Panel due to the following error message:
There is not enough diskspace in the subscription to create new mailbox with selected template. Please free diskspace by resizing or removing other mailboxes or public folders.
The mailbox size as defined in the target mailbox template exceeds the amount of available disk space in the customer's subscription.
Compare the mailbox size in the target Exchange mailbox template to the available disk space in the customer's subscription properties.
Customer has to purchase an additional amount of disk space for their subscription to change the mailbox's template.
