Resolution

BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange 5.0.3 MR4 supported since POA 5.2.9
Known issues:
1. Sometimes mailbox could not be contacted from BlackBerry device;
Resolutions (w/a): 
    1.1. Try to use "windows login" form instead of "email-like" (To find exact windows login - see Exchange mailbox setup instruction in
           CCP.). 
    OR
    1.2. Generate new password and try to connect again;

2.  BlackBerry 5.0 service state monitoring is not implemented into POA 5.x.
      Which means that current state of BlackBerry Messaging Service in POA CP is shown as 'unknown' (this is expected behavior for
      POA 5.0 and POA 5.2).
