The following example illustrates the meaning of the above table.

When New Subscription (Provisioning Item Type Description) is scheduled for provisioning, an event of Create Service (Submit Event Type) type is triggered. This event invokes the method CreateService (Submit Event Handler), which takes OIID as a parameter. This method will initiate all the necessary actions to create the subscription. Event Creation Completed (Callback Event Type) is supposed to be used to return the result of these actions asynchronously. This event will in turn invoke the method onServiceCreated (Callback Event Handler).

Step 4: Navigate to Top > Configuration Director > Event Manager > Event log. Use the OIID obtained in Step 1 to get the Last Event Registration Time (LERT).

Step 5: Use the LERT obtained above to find relevant Submit/Callback event handler call in BM.log. Ensure that the OIID is correct. Get the “transaction” ID of the call.

Step 6: Use logAnalyzer tool with transaction option (see 112170 "logAnalyzer usage scenarious -- transaction") to retrieve a full log of the relevant transaction.
