Customer is not able to log into the POA CCP using correct login/password pair. System prompts it does not match.
Such situation could occur if the URL, which customer uses to log is different then the one configured for the brand, which is assigned to the customer. This usually happens in two cases:
Customer of a reseller is trying to log in using the URL of another reseller.
New brand has been enabled after the customer has been created.

"External system can not authenticate in POA using non-branded URL" can be applied.
