Symptoms

During the migration from Parallels Plesk Panel 10.2 to 10.2 of a customer with Sitebuilder support enabled while Migration Option is set to use configuration from current system and data from migration data file content and settings of virtual host  is migrated fine, but when trying to edit site with Sitebuilder one have to start creating site from scratch.

The migraiton completes with the following errors:

ERROR: (hosting object 'domain.tld') Execution of /opt/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/sb/utils/bru.php --restore --log=stdout --file=/opt/psa/PMM/tmp/sb5fGRuqtXx.zip --target=site --uuid=15517a97-fa69-4cb9-a720-c7d9abcde0c0 failed with return code 1.
Stdout is
Undefined ERROR: Relation (SB_Site: plan) with uuid=4f4727ae-dd58-45df-08b3-860c8c806e27 not found

In the restore log at /usr/local/psa/PMM/rsessions/<datestamp>/restore-result.xml  you can find the following:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<restore status="warnings">
<conflict-resolve status="success">

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in Parallels Plesk Panel 10.3 where one can use  server settings for conflict resolution.

For the time being there is a custom fix for Parallels Plesk Panel 10.2 for Ubuntu 10. Download the deployer in accordance with the architecture of your server:

Plesk 10.2 Ubuntu 10 x32
Plesk 10.2 Ubuntu 10 x64

and replace the original deployer in /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/  folder, backing up the old one to deployer.orig. Note to check the correct permissions for the binary:

[root@plesk10 ~]# ls -la /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/deployer
-rwxr-x--- 1 root root 3317128 Mar 31 11:17 /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/deployer

Note: If you need the custom fix for other platforms, contact support department directly.
