ResolutionParallels Desktop for Mac is designed to work with modern printers that require USB 2.0 support. If your printer is more than 2 years old, it may not work with Parallels Desktop for Mac.
- Some printers insist that you do not plug in the printer until you are instructed to do so. Read your printer’s instructions carefully, and make sure you are plugging your printer when instructed to do so.
- If your printer still isn’t working with Parallels, you can load the printer as a network resource. Use a crossover cable if necessary.
